She was president of the Albanian Cultural Association of Montreal and is still a member of the board of directors. Anila is in her second election campaign with Projet Montréal in LaSalle and she is looking forward to meeting you.
Anila knows the borough very well. She wants to make LaSalle more accessible by public transportation, more friendly and improve the quality of life of residents by always respecting co-voisinage, cultural diversity, protecting green spaces and community gardens. She also wants to reduce heat islands by adding multi-purpose facilities in parks and improving soccer fields to increase the quality of life for all residents.
What motivates Jean-François Lefebvre's team for Projet Montréal in LaSalle is a deep desire to do more for the environment, culture, transportation, safety and the local economy. We want LaSalle to draw on the strength and richness of the diversity of its residents' lives and experiences to build a more resilient and equitable borough that reflects our community. Through a collaborative approach, Jean-François' team wants the borough's 76,853 residents to thrive with safe and inclusive facilities and infrastructure for today and tomorrow.See more
