Originally from Quebec City, Jean-François Bernier came to Montreal in 2001. Attracted by the diversity and dynamism of the city, he considers himself a proud Montrealer. He is driven by a deep desire to serve his fellow citizens and has a firm belief that we must leave behind a better world. Noting the accomplishments of Projet Montréal over the past 4 years, and convinced by the long-term vision and the inclusive and integrated approach of Projet Montréal for a more resilient, equitable and prosperous city; he decided to contribute and joined the team. Concerned about the environment and the ecological transition, passionate about sustainable, intelligent, and equitable urban development, he wants to work for a robust local economy that benefits everyone. He wishes to collaborate and work with the people of LaSalle to improve their quality of life and develop LaSalle to its full potential. Together, with the Projet Montréal team, the best is yet to come!
What motivates Jean-François Lefebvre's team for Projet Montréal in LaSalle is a deep desire to do more for the environment, culture, transportation, safety and the local economy. We want LaSalle to draw on the strength and richness of the diversity of its residents' lives and experiences to build a more resilient and equitable borough that reflects our community. Through a collaborative approach, Jean-François' team wants the borough's 76,853 residents to thrive with safe and inclusive facilities and infrastructure for today and tomorrow.See more
