Policies


Conciliation commission


The mandate of the Conciliation Committee is to ensure a cordial, respectful and safe working environment for all members:


  1. Examine disputes concerning the composition, functioning and decisions of the Party's organizations and bodies, as defined in its statutes;

  2. Control individual actions, including those taken collectively, by Party members;

  3. to examine all cases in which the honor and integrity of an elected member or representative of ProjetMontréal are called into question. To take cognizance of any breach of ethics;

  4. Determine the conditions of application of the bylaws.


It ensures compliance with Projet Montréal's equity and inclusion policy as well as its harassment prevention and intervention policy.

More generally, the committee ensures compliance with Projet Montréal's governance framework.
