A safe bike path on rue Terrebonne will change the face of active mobility in NDG.
Until now, cyclists travelling on Terrebonne have had to share the lane with cars, putting them in a risky situation. With our new bike path, this will be a thing of the past.
The bike path on Terrebonne will also extend to Concordia University's Loyola campus. This is great news for students on that campus! It will also enable NDG and Loyola residents to walk or cycle more safely to Benny Park. Finally, it's a path that will enable local residents to reach Monkland Street and its shops by bike!
It can't be said often enough: when you make a street safer for cyclists, it's a win-win situation for all road users.
