Montreal, November 12, 2025 – Following a caucus meeting of all newly elected Projet Montréal members, Ericka Alneus was unanimously elected interim party leader. Ms. Alneus will serve as leader of the official opposition at Montreal City Hall.
“I am moved by this show of confidence from my colleagues. The challenges facing our city are great, and our team will rise to the task entrusted to it by the people. I am ready to bring our team together and get to work serving Montreal's democracy,” said Ericka Alneus.
