Projet Montréal leader Luc Rabouin announced today the candidacies of Jean-Pierre Serra and Logan Littlefield for borough councilor positions in the Champlain-Île-des-Sœurs district, as well as Stefana Lamasanu for borough councilor in the Desmarchais-Crawford district. These nominations are in addition to those of Céline-Audrey Beauregard for borough mayor, as well as Benoît Gratton, Véronique Tremblay, and Sterling Downey, allowing Projet Montréal to complete its team in Verdun-Île-des-Sœurs.
With these candidates, Projet Montréal is committed to advancing clear priorities: affordable housing, active transportation, greening, local services, and local economic development. Guided by its social, environmental, and inclusive values, the team will defend a grassroots approach that is resolutely focused on the needs of Verdun residents.
Biography – Stefana Lamasanu
Stefana Lamasanu has been putting her experience and commitment to work for Verdun for over 13 years. A former school commissioner and co-founder of the Saules-Rieurs alternative school, she has also worked on food security projects. As a candidate for borough councillor in Desmarchais-Crawford, she wants to use her experience and listening skills to make Verdun more inclusive, greener, and more united.
Biography – Logan Littlefield
Logan Littlefield is an award-winning landscape architect who transforms complex urban spaces into lively and welcoming places in Montreal and internationally. With over ten years of experience in executing large-scale projects and recognized for his leadership, he puts his design skills to work for more humane and sustainable cities. Long rooted in his community, he sits on the board of directors of an organization working for inclusion, social justice, and support for newcomers.

An engineer by training, Jean-Pierre Serra is an award-winning creator and founder of the production company Expérience 7. With over 20 years of experience in production and direction, he has worked with institutions, businesses, and community organizations to showcase their identity and projects. Accustomed to bringing ambitious ideas to fruition and mobilizing people around common goals, he now wishes to put his expertise and listening skills at the service of his community in Verdun - Île-des-Sœurs.
