The leader of Projet Montréal, Luc Rabouin, announced today the composition of the team that will represent the party in the upcoming elections in the borough of LaSalle. Under the leadership of Jean-Louis Fozin, this new, committed team will pursue an ambitious vision for the borough's future: focusing on high-quality public spaces, accessible sports facilities, and suitable housing in order to maintain a living environment where people can grow, thrive and help one another.

Biography – Jean-Louis Fozin


A finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jean-Louis Fozin has built his career around leadership, rigor and transparency. With an MBA specializing in financial services from ESG-UQAM and a CPA accounting certificate from ESG-UQAM, he has held management and supervisory positions at major institutions such as CIBC and PEAK Financial Group, where he led teams, ensured compliance and supported the development of operational risk management strategies. His civic engagement also led him to serve on the Conseil interculturel de Montréal, where he contributed to the development of policies promoting the inclusion and participation of all communities. He was also a member of the board of directors of PITREM, a community organization that promotes the social, professional and economic integration of youth and adults aged 35 and under with labor market needs.


Today, he wants to put his expertise in management, strategic planning and governance to work for the citizens of LaSalle, in order to build a more inclusive, transparent, and prosperous borough.



Biography – Arnaud Beaudelet


Arnaud Beaudelet is a technical leader with over 26 years of experience in software development, team management and digital innovation. An IT engineer with a degree from ENSEIRB in Bordeaux and a technical university degree in computer science, he has built his career by leading complex projects, notably at Desjardins, PBSC and CGI, where he supervised development teams, oversaw API design and ensured the implementation of large-scale technological solutions. Recognized for his human management skills, he has also completed specialized training in communication and leadership and is currently completing a master's degree in business administration.



Biography – Renée Lemay



With over 25 years of experience as a human resources business partner in the telecommunications sector, Renée Lemay has supported numerous managers in their relationships with their teams in the areas of policy, management and talent development. Her role as a coach has led her to develop strong listening skills and a keen understanding of the aspirations of the people she supports. A committed resident, she now wishes to put this human expertise and her sense of dialogue at the service of the citizens of LaSalle, advocating for concrete solutions to improve the quality of life in the borough.



Biography – Soheir Naimi


Soheir Naimi is a committed candidate within Projet Montréal, with more than 20 years of involvement in the community sector. Chair of the board of directors of Maison Dominique, a shelter offering ongoing support to people experiencing residential instability, she was also a coordination coordinator in Anjou, where she mobilized organizations, public institutions and elected officials around concrete local projects. Throughout her career, she has served as a project manager, site supervisor and volunteer support worker in various organizations, giving her a keen understanding of issues related to equitable land use planning, homelessness, and climate resilience. Motivated by her ability to listen and her deep respect for the realities of the population, she now wishes to bring these values to municipal politics.



Biography – Raymonde Djabia Gomis


Raymonde Djabia Gomis is a personal development coach, social entrepreneur, speaker and author. A survivor of three cancers, she embodies resilience and commitment, which she has been putting to work in her community in LaSalle for 14 years. A mother of four, she co-founded the non-profit organization Oser et Prévenir, which supports young people living with challenges such as ADHD and founded Femme de Vision en Mouvement, a coaching organization focused on integration, inclusion and family support. Deeply involved in civic and school life, she chairs the school board of Cavelier High School in LaSalle, is the conference advisor for the CSSMB (Centre de service scolaire Marguerite Bourgeois) parents' committee and sits on various boards of directors, including the Réseau des Femmes en Action. The recipient of numerous awards for her leadership and involvement, she now wishes to put her experience and voice to work for the residents of LaSalle to build an inclusive, sustainable, and supportive borough. More recently, Raynonde contributed to the opening of three schools: Petit Collège, De l'Orée du Parc, and the new Caroline Dawson high school.



Biography – James Ébongué


Founder of Ébongué Avocats/Lawyers Inc., headquartered in LaSalle, Mr. Ébongué has been assisting individuals and organizations for over ten years in matters of business law, municipal law, immigration law, family law and amicable dispute resolution. Mr. Ébongué also serves as an arbitrator certified by the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA), is an accredited commercial mediator with the Quebec Bar and teaches law. He is known for his thoroughness, his ability to listen and his commitment to justice and fairness. His commitment extends beyond the legal sphere. For many years, he has been an active supporter of community organizations in Montreal. Based in LaSalle, where he witnesses the challenges and opportunities of his neighborhood on a daily basis, he wishes to put his legal expertise and leadership skills at the service of the residents of the Cecil P. Newman district in order to strengthen ties with the population and build a more inclusive, transparent and supportive borough.



Biography – Kadiatou Diallo


Kadiatou Diallo is an administration and management professional with over fifteen years of experience in institutional, governmental and community settings. She has worked at the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration and several local organizations, where she has developed expertise in support services, social integration and resource management. Long involved in community initiatives, she has helped implement projects that promote inclusion, local development and family support. A mother and resident of LaSalle, she wants to put her experience and energy to work for the citizens of Cecil-P.-Newman to build a more united, equitable and people-oriented borough.
