The leader of Projet Montréal, Luc Rabouin, has unveiled his full team for the borough of Saint-Léonard. Abdellah Azzouz is running for city councilor in the district of Saint-Léonard East, Loïc de Fabritus is running for borough councilor in Saint-Léonard East, Rose Camille for city councilor in the Saint-Léonard West district and Edline Henri for borough councilor in the Saint-Léonard West district complete the team under the leadership of Luckny Guerrier, candidate for mayor of the borough of Saint-Léonard.
With expertise rooted in daily experience in the field, this new team offers a fresh perspective and clear direction for addressing the challenges facing Saint-Léonard. Driven by a shared ambition, it is committed to tangibly improving the neighborhood's quality of life by focusing on solutions that align with the needs expressed by the community.
Biography – Lucky Guerrier
Luckny Guerrier, a resident of Saint-Léonard, has over 30 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, teaching and management. Founder of Mission Entrepren’Elle and winner of the 2016 Office jeunesse international du Québec award, she is dedicated to empowering marginalized people and promoting sustainable development. Active on several boards of directors and as head of international trade missions, she puts her expertise to work in the service of intercultural dialogue, inclusion and community development. Determined to represent the citizens of Saint-Léonard, she wants to build a supportive, innovative and prosperous community.
Biography – Abdellah Azzouz
Abdellah Azzouz is a young community leader with deep roots in Montreal who has been working with residents of Saint-Léonard and neighboring neighborhoods for several years. As a community worker at the Saint-Michel Youth Forum since 2020, he supports young people in projects that mobilize and raise awareness about crucial issues such as violence, social justice and safety. He has also worked with homeless people at Accueil Bonneau, developing an approach focused on listening, solidarity, and dignity. Recognized for his ability to bring people together and build bridges between generations, he now wants to put his experience and energy to work for the families, youth and seniors of Saint-Léonard. Driven by a deep desire to promote diversity in Saint-Léonard and strengthen citizen participation, he aspires to build a safer, more inclusive neighborhood that inspires hope.
Biography – Loïc de Fabritus
Loïc de Fabritus has been working for over 15 years at the intersection of ecology, international solidarity and citizen participation. A specialist in advocacy and engagement, he has put his expertise in communication and mobilization to work for leading organizations such as Équiterre, Fairtrade Canada and COPTICOM. His career has also taken him to the European political scene, where he has acquired a keen understanding of democratic institutions and dynamics. Former president of ENvironnement JEUnesse and administrator of Équiterre, he is recognized for his ability to bring people together around ambitious and inclusive projects. Trilingual and deeply attached to Montreal, he now wishes to put his experience at the service of the citizens of his district in order to build a sustainable, united and inspiring future.
Biography – Rose Kerline Camille
Rose Kerline Camille is a social entrepreneur and community activist who has been involved in Rivière-des-Prairies for over fifteen years. As the founding president of Metod Services Inc., she puts her expertise in financing and governance to work for non-profits and small businesses, while helping dozens of organizations carry out projects that benefit their communities. As the founder of Nous sommes Hayti, she has launched numerous initiatives promoting inclusion, solidarity and local development. A nurse by training and an experienced manager, she has also helped establish support services for seniors and marginalized communities. Recognized for her human leadership and her approach focused on dignity and proximity, she now wishes to represent the residents of Saint-Léonard with Projet Montréal in order to build a more united, inclusive and people-oriented borough.
Biography – Edline Henri
Edline Henri is a committed citizen who is passionate about collective well-being. She holds a bachelor's degree in special education from ISEP at UQAM and a certificate in social sciences and is also a graduate in social work and humanities. She has served as an administrator at Collège de Maisonneuve and has dedicated her career to defending the rights of workers and women, notably as president of her union branch and director of women's issues. With decades of experience in coaching, guiding and supporting citizens, Edline now wishes to put her expertise and energy to work for Saint-Léonard Ouest. She wants to help build a more inclusive, supportive and forward-looking borough.
