This morning, Projet Montréal leader Luc Rabouin announced Rebecca Michaëlle Daniel's candidacy for mayor of the borough of Pierrefonds–Roxboro and Madjou Diallo's candidacy for city councilor in the district of Bois-de-Liesse.

Biography – Rebecca Michaëlle Daniel
Rebecca Michaëlle Daniel is a lawyer and union advisor with over 13 years of experience in labor law, civil law, and mediation. She has appeared before numerous courts, including the Quebec Court of Appeal, and works daily with individuals and organizations to resolve conflicts and defend their rights. A resident of Pierrefonds-Roxboro since 2008, she has volunteered with several community organizations and is actively involved in supporting vulnerable families and individuals. Multilingual and deeply attached to her borough, she wishes to put her legal expertise, rigor and listening skills at the service of the people of Pierrefonds-Roxboro in order to build a more just, inclusive, and sustainable future.
Biography – Madjou Diallo
Madjou Diallo is a professional committed to community development and political science, driven by a deep desire to build more inclusive and supportive neighborhoods. A graduate in political science from UQAM, he currently holds the position of project manager at the Table de quartier du Nord-Ouest de l'île de Montréal, where he works closely with residents and local organizations to promote sustainable development, inclusion, and collective well-being. An active member of Projet Montréal for several years, he has also contributed as co-facilitator of the techno-cultural subcommittee, promoting intercultural dialogue and the integration of diverse communities. Recognized for his ability to bring people together and his willingness to defend the interests of often marginalized populations, he now wishes to put his experience and energy at the service of the citizens of Bois-de-Liesse in order to build a more just, united and sustainable borough.
