Laurence Morel is an experienced manager and community mobilizer with over twenty years of leadership in technology enterprises serving nonprofit organizations. Deeply engaged in grassroots initiatives in social justice, ecological transition, and urban agriculture, she brings her expertise in social innovation and collective management to her community.

As president of the Rosemont community garden, former board member of the urban agriculture organization OnSème in Outremont, and active member of La Remise and LocoMotion, she has led numerous collaborative projects ranging from planting collective orchards to protecting threatened green spaces. She holds a master’s degree in private law and a postgraduate diploma in international trade, as well as training in programming, combining analytical rigor with a technical approach.

Convinced that the ecological transition must be rooted in citizen action and solidarity, she is now running to represent the Robert-Bourassa district in order to strengthen community life and advance sustainable, inclusive projects for the benefit of local residents.
