Louis-Philippe Codère
Cap-Saint-Jacques
Pierrefonds-Roxboro
Holder of a master’s degree in public health, Louis-Philippe has always been interested in how cities influence the health of the people who live in them. Originally headed for a career in healthcare, he caught the political bug through his long-term involvement in a youth civic engagement organization. That experience inspired him to take his commitment further and join Projet Montréal.
Louis-Philippe has always seen the untapped potential of Pierrefonds-Roxboro. Since childhood, he’s heard about local politics from his father, a retired blue-collar worker with the borough. With enthusiasm and conviction, he decided to run for borough councillor in Cap-Saint-Jacques.

The Team
Pierrefonds-Roxboro
Pierrefonds-Roxboro is a peaceful borough where nature plays a central role. Bordered by the banks of the Rivière des Prairies, it offers residents privileged access to water and green spaces. The Grand Parc de l'Ouest and the Bois-de-Liesse Nature Park are true havens of biodiversity, perfect for walking, cycling and relaxing. The tranquility of the neighborhoods is complemented by modern services: a new indoor swimming pool is under construction and the recently renovated library now welcomes the community in a bright and friendly space. Pierrefonds-Roxboro combines quality of life and nature.
