Céline-Audrey Beauregard has been a Verdun resident for over nine years. At that time, it was an elementary school teaching position that led her to settle in the neighbourhood. She still teaches here and, alongside her job, is completing a master's degree in social innovation at HEC.

She is involved in her community on many levels, whether by organizing civic initiatives, greening the streets with the Verdun Green Squad, or, for example, by setting up a youth food kiosk pilot project near the Verdun beach. She wants to put residents at the heart of local issues, which is why she also participated in a civic incubator at the Maison de l'innovation sociale with another citizen to rethink the use of the upper levels of the Éthel parking lot.

She is a dedicated teacher who embraces projects with gusto. A few years ago, she started a compost collection program at her school. Since then, she has led a green brigade and raised awareness among young and old about the importance of sorting waste. Not to mention, she leads the student committee, encouraging them to participate in small-scale democracy.
All these personal and professional commitments motivated her to enter politics.

Céline-Audrey is convinced that her background, values, and approach give her all the tools she needs to address the borough's challenges.
