Stéphane Ritchot brings more than twenty years of experience in management and leadership within major Quebec companies. His professional journey—marked by perseverance and innovation—has taken him from his beginnings as a clerk to leading multidisciplinary teams, where he distinguished himself through a human and empathetic approach.
Alongside his career, he has been actively engaged in municipal politics, notably as a campaign director and political attaché, while also serving on the boards of several local associations. Married for 27 years and father of two daughters, he is deeply rooted in the values of family, solidarity, and community.
Today, he wishes to put his experience and leadership at the service of the residents of Pierre-Foretier, with the goal of building a borough that is more united, inclusive, and people-centered.
