Clément Badra
Conseiller de la Ville
Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce
Clément Badra is a specialist in urban planning and environmental policies, committed for many years to projects focused on climate change adaptation and citizen participation. Rooted in the borough for nearly a decade, and with a background in environment, urban planning, and sustainable development, he has coordinated greening and community engagement projects, notably through his work with community organizations in Côte-des-Neiges. By working alongside elected officials in Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce for several years—particularly on urban planning, housing, and ecological transition files—he has gained a deep understanding of municipal processes, local governance, and the borough’s social fabric, all while providing direct support to residents. He now wants to build on this experience to continue helping people in their daily lives.
An active member of Projet Montréal since 2019, Clément advocates for universal accessibility, the fight against ableism, and the inclusion of people with disabilities in political life. He also serves on the boards of organizations working on these issues—a reality he knows intimately as a quadriplegic person.
Driven by a deep conviction that sustainable change can only be achieved by listening to and working with the population, he wishes to put his expertise at the service of Snowdon residents, with the goal of building a sustainable, supportive, and human-scale neighborhood.
