Ovide-Clermont
Montréal-Nord
A resident of Montréal-Nord for 15 years, Patrick Mpinga-Iyenda is an engaged citizen who puts his experience in public policy and community mobilization at the service of his community. A political science graduate from the Université de Montréal, he is currently pursuing a graduate diploma in immigration law as well as a certificate in investigation and intelligence. On the ground, he supervised teams as part of the REM project, where he demonstrated leadership, rigor, and a strong sense of health and safety. Active in integration and solidarity organizations (including as a board member responsible for immigration and newcomer reception), he supports families and young people in their efforts toward inclusion, guidance, and civic participation. Multilingual, attentive, and unifying, he now wishes to put his skills in management, collaboration, and policy analysis at the service of Montréal-Nord residents to advance concrete solutions in the areas of safety, affordable housing, mobility, and local services.
