A finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, Jean-Louis Fozin has built his career on leadership, rigor, and transparency. Holder of an MBA in Financial Services from ESG-UQAM and a Certificate in Accounting (CPA track) from ESG-UQAM, he has held management and supervisory positions in major institutions such as CIBC and PEAK Financial Group, where he led teams, ensured compliance, and supported the development of operational risk management strategies.
His civic engagement also led him to serve on the Intercultural Council of Montreal, where he contributed to the development of policies promoting inclusion and participation of all communities. He was also a board member of PITREM, a community organization that supports the social, professional, and economic integration of youth and adults under 35 with employment-related needs.
Today, he wishes to put his expertise in management, strategic planning, and governance at the service of the citizens of LaSalle, in order to build a more inclusive, transparent, and prosperous borough.
