With over 25 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in the telecommunications sector, Renée Lemay has supported numerous managers in their relationships with their teams, focusing on policies, management, and talent development. Her role as a coach has led her to develop strong listening skills and a deep understanding of the aspirations of the people she supports. As an engaged resident, she now wishes to put this human expertise and her sense of dialogue at the service of the citizens of LaSalle, by advocating for concrete solutions to improve the quality of life in the borough.
