Jean-Louis Sabin is a recent retiree with a multifaceted career at the intersection of management, public health, and human relations. Trained in strategic management and public health, he devoted his professional life to organizational development and health promotion, both in Quebec and internationally. As a communication trainer and expert advisor in social innovation, he contributed to a Université de Sherbrooke research project on supporting seniors and caregivers.
For more than thirty years, he has been actively involved as a volunteer, supporting the Red Cross and several service clubs, both locally and abroad, fostering initiatives rooted in solidarity and community. As vice-president of AQDR-Rosemont, he plays an active role in breaking the isolation of seniors in Montréal through concrete, citizen-driven initiatives.
Today, he wishes to put his expertise and experience at the service of Anjou’s borough council, with the goal of building a community that is inclusive, supportive, and people-centered.
