Smail Ouendi

A resident of Anjou for many years, I am deeply rooted in my community. This local connection is one of my greatest strengths. Over time, I have built strong ties with key stakeholders: community leaders, members of local organizations, and engaged residents. These encounters have enriched my understanding of local issues and strengthened my determination to act in a coherent way, grounded in the reality on the ground.

Professionally, I have solid expertise in civil engineering. I have led large-scale projects, worked closely with a variety of partners, and developed a rigorous, structured, and results-oriented approach. This ability to analyze and manage represents a major asset that I wish to put at the service of the community.

My community involvement is also expressed through sports, notably as a coach for young people. This commitment reflects my desire to contribute to the growth of future generations and to the vitality of neighborhood life.
